Instructions to authors
The official language of the conference is English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.
Authors are encouraged to use LaTeX to format manuscripts. You can use the IEEE Conference Templates.
Initial submitted manuscripts, for the review process, should not exceed 6 pages in length, with no constraint on the material of the 6th page which could be dedicated to references, appendices, or extra proofs.
Final manuscripts for publication will not exceed 5 pages in length plus an optional extra page containing references only.
Manuscripts should use font size no smaller than 10 points, and have reasonable margins on all the 4 sides of the text. Papers should have no page numbers and no headers or footers. The top and bottom margins should be at least 0.5 inches (US letter) to leave room for page numbers. All fonts should be embedded in the pdf file. Authors are encouraged to submit previously unpublished contributions in any area related to information theory.
Following many received requests, we extended the submission deadline by 3 days.
The paper submission deadline is December 18, 2022, 23:59 San Francisco time (California).
Fill in the online form below and submit your contribution until the deadline: 18 December 2022.
If you want to submit more than one paper, you will be able to add it from your profile page (don’t need to create a second profile).
ITW 2023, Saint-Malo, is planned as an in-person conference with authors expected to travel and participate in the event.
