Fees and deadlines

The prices are given « with French VAT included ».

The fee includes:

• the welcome reception on Sunday evening, the coffee breaks, the gala dinner on Thursday evening
• the tour to Le Mont Saint-Michel (on Wednesday afternoon)
• plenaries and parallel sessions, also the two tutorial sessions on Tuesday afternoon.

Participants are free to have lunch outside the convention center, in the center of Saint-Malo.

Accompanying person ticket: € 120 included Welcome reception on Sunday evening, the tour to Le Mont Saint-Michel on Wednesday afternoon (see details), and the gala dinner on Thursday evening. No access to the conference or the breaks.

How to register:

All participants must fill out the registration form. An email confirming your registration will be sent to you once the process is completed.

• All payments should be made in EURO (€) by credit card (Master Card, VISA or American Express) or by wire transfer by April, 20^th, 2023
• No registration will be confirmed without completion of payment
• Please use a credit card which is valid at least until April, 20^th, 2023
• Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about 10 days later due to system matter.
